LOWESVILLE––The Matthews-based Real Truth Revival will perform a free concert Feb. 11 at 5 p.m.
The Vineyard Church of Lowesville is the place to be, according to noted gospel singer and concert co-ordinator Carroll Cooke. And although the concert is free, as Cooke recently noted, a free-will offering will be taken up.
Real Truth Revival features singers Phillip Hughes, Ric Mull, Jonathan Price and Roger Parks. Right now, Real Truth Revival is touring throughout North Carolina and Georgia. Popular on Instagram, the group is known for such songs as “Back to God.”
According to a joint statement from the singers, their mission is:
“To seek an authentic resurgence of life-changing truth through unique, powerful and inspiring presentations.”
Also on the bill that Saturday night will be Tennessee-based Sacred Harmony. A trio, Sacred Harmony features Brian Scott, Janet Weaver and Theresa Bellamy. They’re known for such songs as “It Ain’t Over Yet” and “Let Your Light Shine.”
The Vineyard Church is located at 1062 NC-16 South in Lowesville, just down the road from Hill’s Chapel United Methodist Church. The church features Southern, bluegrass and/or acoustic gospel concerts every Saturday evening.
