Carl Jackson Hollard Jr.
January 26, 1959 - September 19, 2020

NEWTON, N.C. - Carl Jackson Hollard Jr., 61, of Newton passed away Saturday September 19, 2020 at his residence.

He was born January 26, 1959 in Macon County, the son of the late Carl Jackson Holland Sr. and Juanita Buckner Holland. He was a member of the Lions Club and an engineer by trade. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Aldie Earl Holland, Lowell Kenneth Holland, Robert Furman Holland, Johnny Edwin Holland; sisters Annette Pruett and Della Sorrells.

He is survived by his Beloved wife Beverly Underwood Holland; daughter Brielle Bumgarner of Conover; son Matt Holland of Lexington; sisters Carolyn Harrington of Weaverville and Carlene Wright and husband Sam of Thomasville; grandson Bransley Bolick; and granddaughter Faith Holland.

Services will be held at a later date.

Burke Mortuary & Crematory of Newton, N.C. is serving the Holland family.
