Lecy Curtis Quinn
April 15, 1923 - August 12, 2020

CHERRYVILLE, N.C. - Mrs. Lecy Curtis Quinn, 97, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Quinn was born on April 15, 1923 in Randolph County daughter of the late William Balfour Quinn and Fleta Lillian Boling Curtis. She attended Jones Business College in High Point and was retired after 31 years of service at Dora Yarn Mill of Cherryville. Mrs. Quinn was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Cherryville where she served as an Elder of the church and was a member of the Sally Quinn Sunday school class and was a lifetime member of Cherryville Chapter #156 Order of the Eastern Star.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gresham Quinn.

Survivors include her son, Gresham Allen Quinn and wife Janice of Gastonia and four step-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m/ on Monday, August 17, 2020 at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Bill Lowe officiating.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions social distancing and face coverings will be required.

Burial will be in City Memorial Cemetery in Cherryville. The family will greet friends following the graveside service.

Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 107 W. Academy Street, Cherryville, NC 28021.
