ALEXIS – Due to COVID-19, all adoptions will be done by applications.  Once approved you will be contacted for a meet/greet and to complete the adoption.  If interested in any of our pets, please EMAIL tricountyanimalrescue@yahoo.com for an application.

The Tri-County Animal Rescue Pet of the Week is this beautiful American Pit Bull Terrier named Barretta.  She is 3-years-old and weighs about 50-60 pounds.  Barretta is great with women and most men.  She does not like other dogs so she must be an only dog.  She is good inside and loves to cuddle on the couch.  Barretta is short and stocky and known as a “Pocket Pit”.  She is spayed, current on vaccines and micro-chipped.  Please give this sweet girl a chance to become part of your family!  She will be looking for you at our next adoption event.

Tri-County Animal Rescue has two beautiful Beagle girls named Keelie and Ethyl as our Adult Pets of the Week.  Keelie is 3-years-old, weighs about 30 pounds and is a Beagle/Pug mix.  She gets very protective of “HER” people so no small children.  Ethyl is a senior lady and enjoys the laid back retired lifestyle. She is a sweet old girl that just wants a quiet home.  Both have short hair so grooming is a bath and towel dry.  Both are spayed, current on vaccines and micro-chipped.   Please come meet our girls this Saturday at PetSmart.

Beagles are clowns at heart, but they carry themselves with dignity. They are playful dogs, ready and able for games, but they are also lovers, and must be close to their humans. Beagles love to be the center of attention, and are heartsick if ignored.  Personality-wise, Beagles are happy and affectionate, loyal and charming, playful and mischievous. They are very intelligent, however, they can be willful, which makes training challenging.

If you are looking for an addition to your family, please come out and meet our adoptable pets on May 23rd.    Many pets will be at the Gastonia PetSmart located at 3698 East Franklin Boulevard on Saturday, May 23rd from noon to 5 p.m.
